Welcome Katie Bucklein!

I’m excited to introduce my new client, Katie Bucklein!

I’ve been searching for a fantasy rom-com for ages and I finally found one! Katie’s story is great for fans for RED, WHITE, AND ROYAL BLUE and CARRY ON!

You’ll love WORK OF ART if you like:

  • Nonbinary rep.
  • Ex-best friends to lovers
  • “Oops, I raised the dead.”
  • Grounded fantasy in an alternate USA
  • Awesome sibling relationships

Katie Bucklein started writing at the age of twelve when a friend challenged her to a dare: who could finish writing a novel first? Spoiler alert: Katie won, and has since written contemporary, historical fiction, and dystopian, but found romance and fantasy to be her true love. The middle child of five, she grew up in California, went to high school in Arizona, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree for history in Idaho. Now pursuing a Master’s degree, she spends her days spelunking in museum basements and her nights writing, fueled by music and insomnia.

Welcome Natasha Siegel!

I’m excited to introduce my new client, Natasha Siegel!

I’ve always been a fan of historical fiction, but it takes a unique author to make me fall in love with the book. I’d say I’m pretty picky, but Natasha had me falling all over her queer kings and writing. It’s so lovely, and fans of Madeline Miller will fall in love too.

You’ll love SOLOMON’S CROWN if you like:

  • Queer historical figures
  • Beautiful literary writing
  • Characters that use logic over heart
  • Characters that are all heart
  • Political rivals to lovers, but will always be political rivals

Natasha Siegel is a British-American author of historical novels. Her poetry has won accolades from Foyle’s and the University of Oxford. She is particularly interested in exploring underrepresented historical voices, particularly those of the LGBTQ+ and Jewish community.
